This week Green thumbs...
We are showcasing lovely blue flowerheads on stems around 1m tall. Low maintenance and hardy....sound good?
Agapanthus Orientalis Blue are clumping plants with long strappy green leaves and large rounded blooms of individual trumpet-shaped flowers.
Very effective in mass plantings they do well in a full sun or part shaded position to encourage flowering period. Water well and mulch generously until the plant is well established and it's easy care from there on in! Pruning finished flowers will not only enhance the aesthetics of the plant but will encourage dense growth and continued flowering. Maximum growth potential in ideal habitat: 1.5 m H x 0.8 m W.
Enjoy what's left of the weekend friends, and have a great week!
