Faster than the speed of life!

Is it me or are the weekends flying by faster?!

I'm not sure if it's just me getting older and slower or are my productivity expectations just getting more and more unreasonable? In these unusual times that we're experiencing I'm seeing more and more posts on social media of people completing challenging jigsaw puzzles, cleaning out cupboards and producing beautiful arts and crafts but my favourites are the magnificent garden and landscaping projects! There are some magnificent gardens being produced out there guys and people are enjoying the therapeutic benefits of the exercise and afterglow of producing a garden to enjoy every day.

I, on the other hand, can't even get the grass cut and spent the weekend feeling like I was on safari with a blunt whipper snipper instead of a machete cutting a swathe through the undergrowth! My grass is like rope! I swear I saw Tarzan swinging through the giant blades of grass and it kept fighting back by tripping me up! Think I'll get out there with the hedge trimmer instead next time or perhaps someone could lend me a goat?
