Revisit those resolutions

Good Saturday morrow to one and all!!

Nice to have a bit of a reprieve with some cooler weather for the next few days...good time to sell some lush looking plants you might say aye??!! So I hope you have all had a wonderful week and working hard to keep those New Years resolutions whatever that may happen to be...perhaps quit smoking, restrict frequency of bathroom selfies or stop picking nose whilst waiting for the traffic light to change to green etc...(not mine before you say anything just an example)! As promised I have delved deep into the land of inter-webs to bring you more titillating examples of New Years resolutions.

New Years resolutions revisited!

  1. Pay off my credit cards every month in full . . . with my other credit cards.

  2. Borrow things more often. Return them less often.

  3. Start a blog about how I would write more often if I had something important to write. Only make one blog entry and leave it published for years.

  4. Talk with a robot voice all the time.

My personal fave is the last one and of course I had to read it aloud (lucky for Rod he wasn’t around) in said robot voice but I discovered, much like a passionate Italian speaking his native tongue, I couldn’t speak in robot tone without waving my hands and arms around. Imagine if you will a C3PO kind of weak imitation hand/arm forward motion and proceeded to converse with myself about the weather in robot voice. Needless to say I tired of it quite quickly...after all I think resolutions need to be maintainable...to a point!

Anyway back on track...we have some Ab Fab Aga action for you all again. We just cannot resist those stunning flowers! Also welcome to newbie and a personal fave of mine...insert drum roll sound effects...Senecio Macroglossus!! Otherwise referred to as Variegated Succulent Ivy or wax ivy and hailing from South Africa this beauty is an excellent creeper for shade to semi shaded areas. I currently adore mine from a hanging basket inside a well lit room and another one outside creeping up the outer brick wall and winding its forest green and white fleshy leaves around beams and pillars. Being a succy it’s hardy and water-wise adorned with beautiful yellow daisy like flowers to boot! I highly recommend my friends!

That’s all for now folks if you managed to make it through to the bitter end!

Take care and happy weekending!
